Shipping Policy 

Processing time vs. Shipping time 

All orders are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. However some of our items are made to order by third party printers and require a longer production time up to several weeks. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

   Most of our Items are handmade and have a  2 to 5 day production time but some may take several weeks.  We use USPS on individual retail orders and FedEx and UPS.  We ship 2 to 3 day shipping. Most customers receive their items in 3 to 5 days from ordering. . Once we ship your our shipping carriers take over and hopefully are able to get them to you quickly. Sometimes they don't ! Infuriating.. I know..  but the best way to avoid this is to be pro active and order your items ahead of time.  When you do that items arrive in one piece , they arrive on time and they don't get lost as much. So please be kind to us when things get lost, broken or arrive late and if you have any questions or concerns please contact us at shopthecherrybomb@gmail.com

Attention : If you choose expedited shipping, it doesn't mean your item is shipped in 2 days . It means after we make your item we will use 2 day USPS shipping instead of our Free 2 to 3 day shipping. 

Holiday Shipping : We understand holiday shopping can be stressful and waiting for packages is the worst. We don't get much sleep around here during the holidays to insure we get all orders out in a timely fashion , but once we ship your item we have to cross our fingers and hope that the shipping carriers are able to get them to you quickly. Sometimes they don't ! infuriating.. I know but the best way to avoid this is to be pro active and order your items  ahead of the rush. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In-store pickup

We DO NOT have in-store pick up BUT ! We do carry many of our items in our tattoo shop at 1100 SE Blue Parkway in Lee's Summit MO. 64063 . You can skip the shipping fees and just drop by and say hi! , We'd love to  show you around. We have lots of LOCAL goods and merch you won't find on the website. 

We are open noon to 8pm.

International Shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches  destination country. The Cherry Bomb is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shopthecherrybomb@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here. 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shopthecherrybomb@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Shipping/delivery estimates are handled via UPS or USPS. The Cherry Bomb Tattoo Co. is not responsible for incorrect estimates.

TARIFFS AND TAXES

The Cherry Bomb Tattoo Co, is proudly based in the USA. Any additional tariffs and/or taxes added to your order upon shipping to your country are added by your government and out of our control. These charges cannot be estimated or included in our shipping costs. Amount may vary depending on your country or your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international shipments are subject to duty fees and/or local taxes. These charges are issued via customs upon arrival in your country. The Cherry Bomb Tattoo Co. is not responsible for these charges.

Shipping time estimates do not apply to those using third-party package forwarding.
